Activities:

• Looking after of all legal matters of this Department.
• Fast disposal of pending court cases of this Departments.
• Coordinating with all Branches & Corporations under ICE Department to have SF, draft Affidavit, if required and instructions on Court Cases.
• Expediting the legal vetting of legal documents of Department & Parastatals from various authorities.
• Expediting the arbitration cases.
• Organizing and participating in Review Meeting on legal matters.
• Supervising the cases on National Green Tribunal, Eastern Bench, Kolkata.
• Engagement of Advocates.
• Preparation of reports and returns of the Court Cases.
