To address the grievance related matters pertaining to this department, an exclusive Grievance Redressal Cell was set up post 6th August, 2019 and later the same has been reconstituted vide this Department’s order no. 2619-ICE/O/AND/GEN-MIS/12/2019 dated 04.09.2019.
Grievances received by means of both online & offline mode are being met up with proper care and sincerity.

Nodal Officers have been assigned from the different parastatals/directorates/corporations under the Administrative Control of this Department to coordinate and communicate with the Programme Implementation and Grievance Redressal Cell.
